The Rapid Tranquillisation e-Learning module provides training on the safe and appropriate use of rapid tranquillisation within mental health settings. It covers common drugs, side effects and their treatment; and the documentation, debrief and review process.
The module illustrates the Rapid Tranquilisation process in practice by the use of relevant case studies. The content is relevant to all inpatient nurses and medical staff.
The Rapid Tranquillisation e-Learning is written in accordance with NICE NG10 Guidelines 2015.
